Lee Anne, a native of Atlanta, was born & raised in Buckhead.
She is the Chief Designer and owner of Culpepper Carpets &
Interiors, Inc.. For the past 29 years, Lee Anne has designed
homes, businesses, medical offices, yachts, & boats. Her work
has been featured in the newspaper, and her design work on
yachts & houseboats has been published in Houseboat Magazine
and won her recognition in National Shows. She has designed
homes and offices in Georgia, Florida, Texas, Maryland,
